Account and registration
When you open a viralqq account, we ask for your email address, a username (3–20 characters), a strong password, date of birth, full name, and a mobile number. This information is required to set up your account and comply with anti-money-laundering regulations.
After registration, we send a verification link to your email. Once you verify, your account is active and you can log in on Android, iOS, or desktop. To withdraw funds, we require you to complete KYC (know-your-customer) verification within 24 hours of your first deposit. This process is quick and protects both your account and viralqq.
We require three documents for KYC verification on viralqq: (1) a clear photo of your government-issued ID (Indonesia KTP, passport, or driving license); (2) a photo of proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement dated within the last 90 days); and (3) a selfie holding your ID document so we can confirm you are the account holder.
Upload these documents via the account settings in your viralqq app or browser. Most verifications are completed within 1–2 hours during Jakarta business hours. If your submission is rejected, you can re-upload with clearer images. We never share your ID or address photos with third parties except for fraud-prevention partners.
If you cannot log into viralqq or notice unauthorized activity, reset your password immediately using the Forgot Password link on the login page. We will send a reset email to your registered address. Change your password to a new, unique combination of letters and numbers.
If you see bets or withdrawals you did not place, contact our support team via the live-chat widget (or email if you cannot log in). Provide your username, the date and time of the suspicious activity, and a description. We will freeze your account if needed and investigate within 24 hours. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your viralqq settings to prevent future unauthorized access.

Payments and transactions
If a deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or bank transfer (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment) does not appear in your viralqq account within subject to verification, it may be stuck in processing. First, check your bank or mobile-wallet app to confirm the money left your account. If the debit is visible but viralqq has not credited you, the payment processor is reviewing the transaction.
Contact our support team with your transaction reference number (visible in your bank or wallet history). We will investigate with the payment provider, typically within 2–4 hours. If the payment was deducted from your account but not credited to viralqq, we will manually credit your balance once the processor confirms the transfer. Most transaction delays are resolved within one business day.
viralqq does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your bank or payment provider (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet) may charge a transaction fee depending on your account type and the transfer method you choose. Check with your bank or mobile-wallet provider before depositing.
Withdrawal amounts are credited to your nominated account at no charge from viralqq. The receiving bank may charge a deposit fee; this is not controlled by viralqq. All withdrawal requests are processed within one business day after account verification. If a withdrawal fee is deducted by the receiving bank, contact that bank directly for a refund.
Promotion codes are entered during the deposit process on viralqq. When you select your payment method (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or bank transfer), you will see an optional field labelled "Promotion Code" or "Promo Code." Paste your code there before confirming the deposit.
If you do not see a promo field, the current promotion may have ended or your account may not be eligible (e.g., existing users during a new-customer promotion). Check your viralqq account's Promotions tab to see active offers. If you enter an invalid code, viralqq will display an error and your deposit will proceed without the promotion.
